To assist you efficiently, kindly include a photograph of the product and a brief explanation of why it didn't work out for your adventure. This helps us understand and improve our offerings.

Gear Arrived Damaged or Defective?
In the unlikely event that your outdoor gear arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please let us know immediately. We take full responsibility for any issues arising from production or shipping. To expedite a replacement or resolution, please provide photographs clearly showing the defect or damage. Usually, returning the damaged item is not required. These images are invaluable for our quality control processes.
Our guarantee covers manufacturing faults but does not include:
